Dar Zayed for Family Care establishes the concept of social cohesion for its members
Dar Zayed’s children visited a home for the elderly of the Department of Social Services in the Emirate of Sharjah, as part of the community initiatives and events organized by Dar Zayed during the new year where children presented gifts and bouquets of roses and flowers to senior citizens in order to bring joy and pleasure into their hearts, and children exchanged cordial conversations with senior citizens, which left a good impact on them. Children have learned about the level of services provided to senior citizens, men and women, and health and social programs implemented by the Department of Social Services . Nabil Al Dhaheri, General Manager of DarZayed for Family Care said that this visit aims to consolidate the concept of social cohesion among Dar Zayed’s children, and to promote the high values emanating from our true Islamic religion in respecting and appreciating the elderly, pointing out the importance of communicating with senior citizens in appreciation of their generous giving and services of society and the nation throughout their lives. Al-Dhaheri emphasized that such visits reinforce social relations between all groups of society and translate the highest meanings of tolerance and humanity.
